Inventory Moves (GRN)

The ‘Inventory Moves (GRN)’ module gathers all the moves of your stock that are generated by the purchase/sales orders, the loans, the parts fitted and removed while performing maintenance, the goods inspections, physical inventories, and material requests.

Set a time range in the main ribbon and refresh the data (icon).

In the ‘Inventory Moves’ panel, you see all the inventory moves that occurred during the set time range.

In the ’Details’ tab, you can enter detailed information.

If you switch to edit mode , you can cancel moves. Select one or more moves and click on ‘Cancel Move’ (icon). This action corrects your stock accordingly.

You can modify the information in the ’Details’ panel.

You can also add related files in the ‘Related Files’ tab.

You can link a GRN to an order by switching to edit mode and clicking on the paper clip button.

Select an order thanks to the selector in the pop-up window and click on ‘Validate’.
