Create an Aircraft Type

The Aircraft Types module enables you to create A/C types to associate with aircraft, job cards, maintenance programs, references.

The ‘Aircraft Type’ module allows you to create aircraft types to select in different modules. For example, when you will create an aircraft, you will be able to select the appropriate aircraft type from this list.

When you create an aircraft and select its aircraft type, the aircraft registration will be displayed in the ‘Aircraft Reg. List’ on the right of the screen in the 'A/C Type' module.

Switching to edit mode enables you to create or delete aircraft types.

To create an aircraft type, click on ‘Add’ in the main ribbon.

To delete an aircraft type, select it and click on this button (icon). Please note that you cannot delete an aircraft type associated with an aircraft.

When you add an aircraft type, a new line appears at the end of the list. Fill in the required information. They will be automatically displayed in the ‘Description’ panel.

Once you are done, click on ‘Save’ .

If you select a line, on the right of the screen, you can see the list of aircraft associated with the aircraft type.
