Goods Inspections
Purchase Orders
This module of the Blue MRO iPad app enables you to create incoming/outgoing moves for parts and tools.
When you create a purchase order, you need to receive the ordered item(s) and create an incoming move in your stock.
To do so, you can either use the desktop version or the ‘Goods Inspections’ feature of the iPad app.
This article shows how to proceed on the iPad app.
Open the menu and select the ‘Goods inspections’ page.
Tap on the plus button on top of the screen.
Select ‘Incoming Items’.
Tap on ‘PO’ to select a purchase order.
Select the appropriate purchase order by tapping on it.
Select an item contained in the selected purchase order.
The information of the reference will be automatically displayed. You will just have to add the Serial/Batch No and Internal Ref.
The Qty & Associated Order, Ownership, and Part Identification information is retrieved from the purchase order.
You can add Shelf Life And Warranty information and make the quality check.
You are also able to add the item location information.
You can take a picture of the certification documents or select one from your library to add it as a related file.
Tap on ‘Inspected By’ to badge and state your identity.
Tap on the ‘Date’ field to automatically display the date of the day. You can also override the information.
Sign to validate the good inspection and tap on ‘Done’ on top of the screen.
A message pops up to confirm that you completed the inspection.
If you go back to the desktop version, you will see the incoming move that has been created.
Sales Orders
When you create a sales order, you need to send the sold item(s) and create an outgoing move.
To do so, you can either use the desktop version or the ‘Goods Inspections’ feature of the iPad app.
This article explains how to proceed using the iPad app.
Open the menu and select the ‘Goods inspections’ page.
Tap on the plus button on top of the screen.
Select ‘Outgoing Items’.
Tap on ‘SO’ to select a sales order.
Select the appropriate sales order by tapping on it.
Select an item contained in the selected sales order.
Select the item.
The information of the reference will be automatically displayed. You will just have to add the Serial/Batch No and Internal Ref.

Others
You can also create incoming and outgoing moves that are not related to purchase orders or sales orders.
Click on the plus button.
Select either ‘Incoming Items’ or ‘Outgoing Items’ depending on the situation.
Tap on the QR code to scan a label to create a move.
