Unscheduled Package
The Unscheduled Packages module allows you to create packages ready to use to add to quotations.
Open
the ‘Unscheduled
Packages’ module and switch to edit
mode .
Click
on ‘Add’
in the main ribbon.
Different package categories are available. In this example, we will pick the ‘Aircraft’ category and click on ‘Next’.
You will be asked to select an Aircraft Type.
You can use the column filter to easily find the aircraft type you are looking for.
Once you have found it, select it and click on ‘Next’.
Click on the plus button to add job cards to the unscheduled package.
Use the column filter to find the job cards, select them and click on the orange arrow to add them to the ‘Associated Job Cards’ panel.
Once you have added all the needed job cards, you can validate.
All the job cards you selected are now part of the ‘Associated Job Cards’ list.
Later, if needed, you can click on the pencil to supersede all job cards with the latest revision.
Open the ‘Related Files’ tab to add one or more documents of the format of your choosing.
Click on the plus button, select a file in the pop-up window and click on ‘Open’.
Once the file is uploaded (Progress: Completed – 100%), you can click on ‘Save’ and double click on the file to open it.

Once the unscheduled package is created, you can use it in a quotation.
Open the ‘Quotations’ Module, switch to edit mode, and click on ‘Add Quotation’.
Fill in the required information and click on ‘Next’.
Select ‘Aircraft’ and click on ‘Next’.
Select the appropriate aircraft. It has to be of the same aircraft type as the unscheduled package otherwise, you will not be able to select the unscheduled package afterward.
Click on ‘Finish’.
The unscheduled package is now displayed in the ‘Available Packages’ list, in the ‘Type: Unscheduled’ section.
You can add it to quotations.
