Experience Rule

This module allows you to create experience rules that will either be linked to all the pilots or only some of them (created in the ‘Crew Members’ module).

This will be tracked in the ‘Crew Activity’ module.

Here is how to create an experience rule.

Switch to edit mode and click on the Plus button in the main ribbon.

In this example, we are going to create a rule to state that the pilot needs to perform 3 TOs and Landings every 90 days.

Type in the description and select a parameter from the list.

Here, we pick ‘Takeoff/Landing’ as it is appropriate.

In the ‘Counter’ cell, you can select a counter created in the ‘Counters’ module if applicable.

By default, the ‘A/C Type’ will be filled with ‘All’. You can pick one if needed.

The Frequency is 90 and the unit is ‘Day’.

The target is 3 Cy.

The condition is ‘MIN’ because the pilot needs to perform at least 3 TOs/Landings.

‘Apply To’: the system calculates the number of concerned crew members.
